Santos W. Tobar started his career in Substation Construction in 1985 with PG&E, where he worked as a Journeyman Substation Electrician. From 2006 - 2013, he worked as a Substation Superintendent, and then a Substation Manager for two industry-leading construction companies, building their substation departments from the ground up.

In 2015, Tau Delta Industries, Inc. was born after Santos decided it was time to pursue his dream. His experience and knowledge in the industry have enabled him to lead a company that does big things in the electrical construction industry, and provides desirable opportunities at a company where skilled men and women want to stay.
